This would have to be one of the most unique rings i have ever seen.  The stone is actually a fossilized opal shell from the Coober Pedy field.  A rare collectors item surrounded by diamonds and rubies. The opal itself if huge as you can see if you bring up the large full page image which shows the ring on a finger, with a lot of other pictures from different angles.
